Deep, orange-tinged straw yellow. Greengage, baked apple and with the merest suggestion of kerosene and chalky, minerally notes. Finely textured palate with baked-apple fruit and juicy, lemony acidity. Oxidative, vermouth note on the finish adding to the wine's complexity. Idiosyncratic. (WS) 13%
