Like the Campole the Alois endemic varietal two-step of casavecchia and pallagrello nero sees only stainless steel but with the old-school blend there is less structure than the aglianico. Conversely executes and expresses more acid lift. High-toned and yet less volatile but spicy, seasoned and reasoned for great effect. Inversely modern and then receives an integrating stream of finishing balsamico. Drink 2021-2026. Tasted March 2020.
