At Fattoria Alois, the focus is on reviving indigenous grape varieties such as Pallagrello Bianco, Pallagrello Nero, Falanghina, Aglianico, and Casavecchia, using modern technology and sustainable practices.
The estate's prized vineyards each produce wines with distinct characteristics, showcasing the exceptional quality and diversity of the terroir."
