Massimo Alois, winemaker and owner of Alois, flew all the way from Italy to meet yall and share his organically farmed wines.
Well be tasting four of his wines at this special event:
2020 Falanghina Caulino: a superb example of this ancient dry white varietal infused with the minerality of its volcanic soils, with vineyards forming an amphitheater near Naples.
2021 Pallagrello Bianco Caiatì: this extraordinary wine, with multiple Gambero Rosso 3-glass vintages, is Aloiss most acclaimed. Its entirely from the high-altitude Terre del Volturno vineyard.

Alois says: this Aglianico is as pure an expression of the land as can be, having been produced in biological manner and without the influence of oak.
