The 2020 Pallagrello Bianco Morrone is distinctly savory in the glass, with an array of wildflowers and sage complicated by raw almond and wet stone. It soothes with its soft textures and brisk acidity. The slightest hint of custard gives way to yellow apples and spice. This finishes long and lightly structured with a slight bitter tinge and suggestions of ground ginger that slowly fade.
